Corporate partnerships manager

Corporate partnerships income for Christian Aid has grown significantly over the last two years and our new strategy ‘Partnership for Change’ will create yet more opportunities. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the entrepreneurial flair, drive and commitment to shape, lead and deliver further corporate partnerships income growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Private Sector and supported by a Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for our corporate partnerships income and expenditure budgets. You’ll appraise our current corporate income streams, develop new approaches, and maximise the value of our existing partnerships. You’ll harness the power of our extensive network of regional UK offices in a new initiative to develop regional corporate partnerships and you’ll work closely with our philanthropy and individuals fundraising teams to maximise the value of revenue streams such as affinity partnerships. You’ll also be a key member of our Extended Private Sector Team, creating synergies between our corporate fundraising and our global advocacy, campaigning and programmatic private sector relationships.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you’ll have a proven track record of establishing and managing income-generating relationships with private sector companies. You’ll have a sound grasp of international development issues and understand the role Christian Aid seeks to play in ending the scandal of poverty. Previous experience in a voluntary sector corporate fundraising role and/or in international development, will be an advantage.
