The Faculty of Business and Law is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and focused individual to lead and develop its FT/PT and DL MBA programmes. The appointment is central to the Faculty's Academic Development Plan and in supporting the University's Corporate Strategy. The successful candidate will have the vision, inspiration and enthusiasm to lead the sustainable development and growth of the MBA programmes and the capability to lead in the context of market demands, high competition and international accreditations. High personal drive, influencing skills and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement are necessary to contribute to the Faculty and the high quality student learning experience.
Candidates will have experience of developing, leading and managing comparable programmes and related academic and administrative teams, knowledge of subject benchmarks, quality standards, programme rankings and accreditations and the academic credibility to successfully contribute to the Faculty.
