Salary: Senior Lecturer: £37,012 - £45,486; Lecturer: £31,948 - £35,938
You will contribute to the teaching and research portfolio of the Department of Psychology. You will have an appropriate higher degree, a record of published research, and relevant teaching experience. The potential to generate research income is essential. The Department offers undergraduate programmes in psychology, psychology with sport science, and psychology with criminology, plus Masters programmes in occupational psychology, sport & exercise psychology, health psychology and an MRes. A flexible attitude with regard to teaching duties is essential. The Department is proud to possess state of the art teaching spaces that have been designed and equipped for purpose. Additionally, we have world-class research centres focussing on Cognition and Communication and Brain, Performance and Nutrition, plus an expanding Health in Action Research Group which includes an ecologically valid Sleep laboratory and plans for a Clinical Research Centre. The successful candidate is likely to facilitate the development of multidisciplinary research.
