KTP Associate - Graduate Software Developer (Environmental)

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 plus £3000 completion bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage a 7 month project in collaboration with the University of Portsmouth's School of Civil Engineering and Surveying and Grundon Waste Management Limited. You will be responsible for developing software for an innovative tool which supports decision making in the environmental market.  You will be working to develop the new software in conjunction with experts at the University of Portsmouth and Grundon Waste Management Ltd.
We are looking for a Software Developer to develop an IT system to calculate and present carbon footprints for waste management operations.
The successful applicant will have:    
A 1st or 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 
The ability to develop software to a commercial standard
Excellent project management skills·         
Good communication skills (verbal and written)  
The higher salary range will be applicable to exceptionally qualified candidates.
