Business Support Manager Opportunities
We are currently recruiting 2 full-time Business Support Managers in the International Division:
Roving Business Support Manager (Ref INT 5847)
Humanitarian Support Personnel - Business Services Manager (Ref INT 5848)
Both roles will be home based, with international deployments, often at short notice.
SALARY: £29,171 to £40,795 p.a. net Equivalent to £39,175 to £58,649 p.a. gross (Net = take home salary – Oxfam will meet the tax and social security liabilities of postholder in addition to net salary).
Oxfam offers a wide range of benefits, including over 43 days holiday/TOIL per year, pension and medical cover, living and accommodation costs covered during deployments.
Both positions are unaccompanied.
You will need a degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting or business administration, practical management experience, ideally in a humanitarian context. Excellent organisational skills along with proven ability of financial, IS, Funding and logistics management. You should have strong leadership and communication skills.
