What your job will look like
As a Project Management Support Expert, you will support PwC's project leads in applying the appropriate project management methodology and assist them throughout the complete lifecycle of a project: planning, clearing resource conflicts and escalating in an MS Project Server environment.

- supporting project leaders and ICT people in project management methodology
- communicating and following up on targets as defined by management on a daily basis (number of proposals and projects to complete)
- ensuring the availability of resources (ICT and Business) for each project, communicating planning to all persons involved in the project
- assisting project leaders and managers in their day-to-day tasks
- assisting project leaders in setting up a project plan in a MS Project Server environment and helping them solve any technical problems they might have as well as guiding them on managing changes on the MS Project Server and providing constructive feedback
- managing several MS Project processes, such as defining and setting up management reporting on the MS Project Server, based on the information needs of the CIO and Technology Council
- managing accurate, timely report delivery (reporting statuses and issues to managers)
- guiding staff in understanding which impact they have on the KPIs and how they can improve them
Your profile
You have:
- a master's or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; a certification in project management (e.g. Prince2, MSP or PMP) is an extra asset
- profound MS Project Professional and MS Project Server skills (at least 5 years of experience)
- strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- problem-solving skills
- proven expertise in multitasking
