CIVIL SENIOR ENGINEER - LAND DEVELOPMENT

At your level you would have had the opportunity of working on a number of high profile projects within the Civil industry. Your design work and leadership style gained you a distinguished reputation in the Civil engineering space. You are viewed as one of the top engineers in this sector

Due to the current and anticipated fast growth of this mid-tier consultancy, the Associate Director has moved into a pure Business Development role. This is why I want you, it has opened up this primarily technical position for you. 

With your ability to step in at this senior level, this position allows you to take a broader view of and to assist in the forward planning of the civil business unit. With this technical focus, you will be entrusted to develop your current team of eight to meet the growths in the market. By utilising your vast industry knowledge here and having your ear on the ground will assist you in advising the director. Head lead the business down more profitable avenues. 

Projects include:

• $300M Land Development project involving stormwater, due diligence reporting, and premilinary design.
• 60Ha of industiral development worth up to $50M.

The long term plans of this cohesive consultancy has the office moving from one location to the next as the company expands. This expansion will create an Associate Director role within 2 years. So it stands to logic you can use your solid multi-disciplinary experience you will gain to your advantage when the Associate Director role becomes available.

Requirements: 10+ years of local experience. CPEng status and a Civil Degree or equivalent.
