The Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) has an exciting opportunity for someone with humanitarian programme experience to manage the accountability, programme reporting and learning activity. Reporting to the Head of Programmes and Accountability you will work with DEC member agencies to help the secretariat deliver on its commitment to driving quality improvements in humanitarian action and public reporting.
The Successful Candidate:
• Will be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in humanitarian programme experience
• Have a sound understanding of accountability and quality frameworks
• Be able to design and facilitate workshops for experienced professional peers
• Have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Have excellent writing skills in English and a high level of IT technical competence
