Job PurposeThis role is required to work with National Account Manager to identify, generate and achieve profitable premium revenues by maximizing opportunities through the Ccannels to further develop Etihad’s position in the market with Corporate, Retail and other key channels.  
Responsibilities

  • Judgment and Decision Making: Able to make critical decisions to secure incremental and profitable revenue without direct supervision
  • Communication and Listening: Able to ask relevant and pertinent questions; to feedback and provide concise information to ensure accurate responses to new business opportunities
  • Problem Solving: Ability to provide innovative solutions and recommendations on business issues and respond with appropriate speed and measures
  • Customer Orientation: To be an advocate for the guest, that enables services to be directed appropriately to meet guest needs which in turn generate a profitable return on investment
  • Building Effective Work Relationships: Identify and interact with key stakeholders who can effectively influence or drive decisions that ensure a quick response to market opportunities
Requirements
  • University degree preferred
  • Five years sales experience, 3 years minimum in a management role
  • Self-starter with strong planning, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to complete projects requiring short lead times
  • Strong analytical skills to understand broad scope of revenue data & information
  • Team leadership skills, positive, energetic, dynamic and creative
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and creativity in the approach of daily operational challenges
  • Willingness to travel both domestic and international
  • Knowledge of EY organization, policies and procedures inclusive of global strategic direction of the Etihad Global Commercial organization
  • Strong PC skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
