The Specialist/Senior Specialist, Impact and Evaluation Facilitates/leads the evaluation of the overall impact and lives saved from Global Fund investments in high priority countries in close collaboration with key partners and Grant Management. She/he manages the evaluation strategy of the Global Fund, so that high quality evaluations inform grant management and are reported to the Technical Evaluation Reference Group Committee of the Board.
