PADF is seeking a Director, Health & Nutrition, for a proposed USAID-funded project to reduce the prevalence of underweight among children under five (5) years of age over the next three years in target regions. The program also seeks to reduce the prevalence of anemia of women over the next three years.

The Project Director will provide overall leadership and technical direction for the project; oversee planning, implementation and management of the project; serve as the key liaison with the donor, host government, and implementing partners; and ensure proper reporting, financial management and compliance.
Qualifications:
-Master’s Degree in a Health related field -A minimum of seven years of experience implementing and managing USAID-funded projects in developing countries. -At least five years of experience in Nutrition or Livelihoods related programming preferred -Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, promoting strategic planning, and budget management. -Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in French, Creole and English
