We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is outgoing, target driven and with a passion for marine conservation to work alongside our volunteer team, recruiting members at a range of events and locations across the South West of England. You will also support the development of our volunteers by sharing recruitment best-practice.
The ideal candidate will already have considerable experience of fundraising, ideally in a face-to-face capacity at team leader level. The role will involve extensive travel across the South West and occasional travel to Scotland, and applicants must have a full driving license, and use of their own car.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable customer service skills & excellent verbal communication abilities
- Relevant experience in fundraising, sales or other target-based roles
- Able to effectively manage own workload and operate autonomously
- Full driving licence and access to transport
