FINCA International is currently looking for a Latin America's Regional Training Intern to be based in Miami, FL. Under the supervision of and with the support of FINCA Latin America's Regional Training Manager the intern will be responsible for designing a New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) for the region, which will later on be implemented in all seven affiliates of FINCA LA. The project will be carried out in several stages:
i) Gathering of information about existing NEOPs in the affiliates (contents and approach),
ii) Consolidation of data and determination of contents to be covered by FINCA LA's NEOP,
iii) Selection of contents and determination of order,
iv) Design of participants' and instructors' documentation,
v) Pilot implementation in 1 affiliate,
vi) Evaluation and modification.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English, writing and speaking,
• Strong communication and analytical skills,
• Excellent writing skills,
• Able to work independently and results-oriented,
• Able to meet deadlines,
• Excellent skills in using WORD and PowerPoint,
• University or College background in teaching/learning or practical experience in adult teaching/learning or design of training materials/contents is highly desirable.
