The role
The Team Leader role in the Warabrook office is responsible for the provision of a safe and healthy work place and environment, and leading and managing all aspects of the Team; primarily in Warabrook office, but wherever the assigned Team is responsible for delivering projects. This Team Leader is ultimately responsible for the execution of Coffey Environments strategies and delivery on strategic plan objectives, driving the team to success in terms of revenue growth, client satisfaction, technical excellence as well as involvement in technical aspects of projects, project management/direction and review.

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team and the daily operations to achieve set financial targets as well as achieve the continual delivery of quality services to our clients. This position will provide coordination, leadership and technical direction to the Coffey Environments team to ensure quality compliance with the relevant HSSE management system standards, practices and regulatory requirements.

The person
Applications are sought from candidates offering demonstrated leadership ability, relevant industry and technical knowledge with demonstrated experience in client relations and business development. Candidates must be confident that among all the competencies required of a Team Leader, people orientation, knowledge of business and financial management along with safety and quality management are demonstrated.

The successful applicant will be provided training and support through on the job coaching and mentoring. This will be done in conjunction with the Coffey institute for communications skills, leadership, management, performance planning and review and succession planning.
