Monitoring and Evaluation Manager , Phnom Penh


Nexus is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to assist the Executive Director in developing policies and procedures that ensure the organization adopts a continuous process improvement approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  1. ManageNexus’ planning, monitoring and evaluation system
    • Lead the development of annual work plans, including revising key performance indicators for each objective;
    • Design and implement a comprehensive, efficient and effective monitoring and evaluation system that will enable Nexus to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and assess the impact ofits activities;
    • Produce recommendations to enhance program design, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, including:
    o Evaluate needsfor a projectmanagementtool
    o Participate in the development of project proposals
    o Set up clientsatisfaction tools
    • Participate in the set up ofsocial and economic indicatorsfor carbon projects;
    • Train employees on the M&E best practices, and ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
  2. ManageNexus’reporting activities
• Improve the structure and coordinate the production of internal reports(quarterly and half yearly) and externalreports(donorreports, annualreport);
• Organize monthly and quarterly internal meetings for staff to share information about progressmade;
• Supportthemanagement of boardmeetings(preparation,reporting)
