This position researches and develops recommendations for farm-based analysis and surveys that address environmental and other customer and consumer confidence issues, focusing on Sustainability. Key areas include interfacing with industry organizations such as the Innovation Center for U.S.Dairy, National Milk Producers Federation, IDFA and others to provide consistency of application. Employee training and education as well as Land O' Lakes website input will be developed by this position.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education: 4 year degree with some prior work or internship experience.
Required Competencies & Other Skills: Ability to coordinate external projects throughout the U.S.
Ability to assess database software, select, develop and maintain it.
Ability to represent Land O' Lakes at industry meetings and producer meetings regarding Sustainability
Competent at research analysis for application with Land O' Lakes member-owners
Ability to develop and execute education and training programs for employees and member-owners
Ability to work independently on off-site projects
Preferred Experience & Education: Graduate degree
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills: Ability to develop , execute and report-out on survey results at the farm level. Interface with individual milk producers and guide Member Relations professionals through the on-farm survey process.
