SUMMARY The HR Standards Coordinator shall assist the Director, HR Standards in administratively supporting all taskforces and subgroups operating in accordance with the Procedures for Developing American National Standards (PDANS). The Coordinator shall also administratively support all projects and product lines in accordance with established strategies, operating plans and guidelines to include preparing correspondence, creating and maintaining databases, maintaining the HR Standards sections of SHRM online, preparing and maintaining invoicing records, coordinating the budget, and coordinating travel.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management or related fieldPREFERENCES:
Requires lifting of less than 0-10 pounds. Traveling 0-25%.WORK ENVIRONMENT Office. High use of phone and computers. Significant note taking and documentation of meeting activities. | |
