OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED – GREAT PASTRY & DESSERT CAFE CONCEPT UAE!
This recently opened Concept in Sharjah is expanding and for it’s continued and successful growth in the market in UAE, an exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced and motivated foodservice professional to join a small but committed team setting new standards in the market.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operations; this key role will offer an individual the opportunity to help build and develop a young company into a market leader
Key role responsibilities are:
- Overseeing day to day operations of a fast paced Cafe and delivery operation
- Management and Training of all staff
- Purchase ordering and supplier management
- Sales and Marketing
- Targeting local markets and integral part of the expansion of the brand to multiple locations and to be in charge of all operations
Ideal candidate will have previous General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager or similar Pastry shop and retail operations experience in a fresh food concept or brand operation and be looking to expand their development across a wider skill set; working within a small company environment with a real team ethic you will be required to learn all aspects of the business. Taking a hand’s on approach to ensuring the growth and development of the business for the future.
Making good use of your previous experience to implement good business processes and Operating procedures to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness across all areas of the operation.
Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar operation
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic an advantage but not essential
High level of computer literacy
Experience in Cafe Restaurant or Pastry shop environment
Salary package of AED 15,000 – AED 17,000 monthly dependant on experience and excellent growth potential
