Order Management Specialist
The CA Admin Department has an immediate vacancy for the position of an Order Management Specialist based in Gdynia, Poland.
The objective of this position is to own the order life cycle for a designated group of customers across EMEA subscribing to a pre-defined list of Specialist products. This covers provision of data and invoicing, meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner, providing expertise to the account team and associated customers in all related matters, thereby delivering customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met. The team will focus on Eikon, our Flagship financial information platform incorporating Reuters Insider.
1. Manage the sales order process through to billing, adhering to agreed turn-around times and processes working with the account team and customer to ensure satisfactory completion of orders
2. Take responsibility for customer related tasks within the allocated customer portfolio and other assignments as requested by the team leader
3. Collaborate with and support Sales teams
4. Take responsibility for CRM data quality in accordance with agreed standards and processes
5. Manage internal queries professional and service-minded manner ensuring that resolution is provided even if not directly within own brief
6. Escalate all delays to internal groups as appropriate
7. Manage the review of pending and trial order reports to ensure timely release and removal of services
8. Meet agreed volume, service and quality targets
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Ability to grasp technical concepts, understand diverse hardware platforms, operating systems, data communications and networking
- Finance & Accounting and Thomson Reuters products knowledge
- Basic knowledge of CRM
- Fluent knowledge of English (oral and written), other European language an advantage
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- Detail orientation with good analytical skills
- Good communicator and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills
- Demonstrates ability to comply with team practices and methods of working
- Flexibility and experience in working in the fast-moving, international environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
