In this role you will utilize your expertise in engaging and selling to Enterprises the LiveOps Cloud based Contact Center Platform and Applications. You will partner with LiveOps resources to ensure that our solution exceeds our client's expectations, and develop deep and lasting relationships with developing accounts in selected geographical markets.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by selling LiveOps Cloud Platform ad Applications to Enterprise Customers
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, market intelligence and marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline, which identifies new business opportunities in the Region to exceed sales quotas
- Proactively communicating benefits of LiveOps' platform and applications to new and existing clients
- Coordinating the assembly of necessary resources to professionally respond to potential new business opportunities
- Engage with prospect organizations to position LiveOps through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
- Analyzing and monitoring client expectations and recommending changes in procedures to improve client satisfaction
- Identifying potential growth opportunities within existing clients
- Performing cost/benefit analysis of potential sales to determine balance between client's needs and LiveOps' strategic objectives
- Experience working with all levels within an organization but experience and success selling to C-level
- Establishing, developing and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be located anywhere in the EST time zone, ideally in New York, Boston/New England, D.C or Baltimore.
- Three to five years of sales experience selling in a business to business model to mid to large corporations
- Experience selling contact center solutions or customer service solutions a must
- Experience selling cloud (SaaS) based solutions a must
- Depth of experience and contacts in at least one of the following verticals: Retail, Communications, High-tech, Financial Services and/or Healthcare
- Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze data and translate into professional sales presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of client and company management
- Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement
- BA or BS degree required
