Sales Development Representative


We are currently recruiting for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Rep with relevant knowledge of technology. Ideal candidates should also possess solid business-to-business sales and account management experience and have a proven track record doing business development and lead qualification for large technology purchase
decision.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Enterprise Pipeline 
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory 
  • Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) 
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts 
  • Evangelize LiveOps and the home agent, combined with On-Demand contact center technology
  • Be an expert is discussing the benefits of virtual contact centers vs Brick and Mortar
Required Skills/Experience: 
  • 5-7 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience. 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions 
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills 
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred 
  • Enterprise software experience with preference selling on demand technology
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment 
  • Strong customer references 
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel 
  • 4 year University Degree required
