Paragon is seeking a Senior Management System Consultant to provide quality and environmental management systems services, including auditing services, consulting services, management systems development and implementation, and training services. The Senior Management System Consultant is also responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling, development and delivery of solutions to meet or exceed the client's expectations. The incumbent report directly to Paragon’s Principal and is responsible for providing subject matter expertise, support and assistance. Ability to work from home office preferred Willingness to travel required Primary duties will include: Determine client needs and develop a strategy to successfully meet those needs. Utilize Paragon’s processes and tools for conducting client services. Assist with developing new processes, as needed. Lead and conduct management system auditing, and consulting services for Paragon Clients. Identify resources required to accomplish client projects, including personnel, hardware, and software. Supervise and mentor consultants assigned to management system related client projects. Assist with the development, implementation and continual improvement of Paragon’s management system processes. Develop proposals for new projects, perform risk analysis, and manage change control. Assess and implement risk minimization strategies. Conduct new business process "impact" studies. Assist with business analysis and process improvement analysis. Prepare findings for Leadership Management Reviews. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Experience Requirements: Experience providing excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner required Knowledge and experience of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management system standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditing experience required Experience managing the successful development and implementation of environmental management systems (EMS) and related projects preferred Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and interface with a diverse group of professionals required Excellent technical/professional writing skills as well as strong and effective oral communication skills required Excellent organizational and time management skills required Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, team oriented environment required Excellent computer skills exhibiting proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook required 10 years related professional work experience preferred Education Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field required. Master’s degree preferred RAB-QSA Lead Auditor certification preferred
