JUNIOR POLICY ANALYST ON ICTS GENEVA, SWITZERLAND

The International Telecommunication Union seeks a Junior Policy Analyst on ICTs. Duties: Produce briefing notes and background reports to support the production of a series of studies on broadband and the MDGs. Research ICT and broadband policy with regards to the inclusion of elements of the MDGs in national broadband policies. Support the production, coordination and implementation of a promotion strategy for the above studies. REQUIRES: University degree in international development studies. Excellent knowledge of English for conducting research and producing documents (drafting and editing). Advanced knowledge of English for editing document will be valued. Advanced knowledge of Spanish and/or French as a working language will be valued for this position.
