ROLE, TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES The PM / Gender Expert is responsible to: • Implement the UN Women project activities in Za’atari Camp; • Guarantee project management; • Build capacity of National staff on community based approach and mobilization; • Participate in the main meetings concerning the project of his/her responsibility; • Provide technical gender guidance to INTERSOS staff and to ensure gender approach is mainstreamed in all the activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTRS • Advance university degree (Master degree or equivalent) in social sciences or any discipline relevant to community services management and gender approach; • Extensive field experience in disaster environment and an in–depth knowledge of refugees assistance issues • At least 3 years experience in project design and coordination, with a special focus on gender.
DUTY STATION: Za’atari Camp, Mafraq Governorate, Jordan
DURATION: Three months
