DUTIES

• Health Club & Spa manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Health Club & Spa outlet. The Manager manages the administrative work such as spa's finances, employees and services.

REQUIREMENT

• 3 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably in the hotel/spa industry.
• Positive and caring attitude, self-driven and motivated.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• A Physical Therapy graduate or a graduate of any medical-related course will have an advantage.
• Applicable to citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia only.

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Service Manager - Food & Beverage Trainer

We are looking for Food & Beverage Trainer who shares our passion in skill & knowledge development with Food & Beverage operations team. The Food & Beverage Trainer establish service standards and procedures for F&B outlets and ensure they are achieved with proper training, supervision and control. He/She also train new joiners with full broad F&B knowledge & skill in preparing them to delivery excellent guest experience. The Food & Beverage Trainer essentially re-train existing employees to maintain with required service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Minimum 2 year experience Food & Beverage management or a similar capacity
• Candidate with experience in F & B operations will be advantage
• Candidate with Diploma or Professional Certificate in F&B Management would be advantage
• Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills
• Candidate must possess creative and innovative in trainings
• Applicable for Malaysia Nationals.

Sales Manager - China Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts

DUTIES

• Implements all sales action plans related to China market as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Attends major travel functions (ie trade shows and promotional events) and advise DOS /DOSM of latest updates.
• Responsible for driving for business development of China market segment covering China.
• Responsible to host FAM trips and hotel inspection
• Constantly review direct competition for market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have a basic degree or dimploma in hotel management
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Manager in rooms sales and handling wholesale agents
• Possess leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills
• Must be able to read and write Chinese or Putonghua and English
