HR - Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Your assignment

After an introductory training period, you join our Compensation & Benefits team, where you are responsible for the setup and follow-up of international payrolls, fringe benefits, split payrolls and international employment contracts. Furthermore, you assist in the standardisation and optimisation of our global compensation and benefits policies. You act as a first point of contact for employees as far as compensation & benefits related matters are concerned.

Your profile

• You have a legal background (minimum Bachelor level), and you have a thorough knowledge of social security, tax and/or labour law.
• You have 3 to 5 years experience in (international) payroll or in a comp & ben related function, and you are looking for a new challenge in an international context.
• You have a thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, analytical, practical, and thorough.
• You are available for occasional business trips.

Global eCRM Campaign Operations Manager adidas group - Amsterdam

The Global eCRM Campaign Operations manager is technically focused with responsibility for overseeing the planning, design, development, execution and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns for targeting consumers in support of the adidas eCommerce team. He/she aims to deliver best-in-class levels of end-user engagement, with the objective of driving revenue contribution in a multi-channel marketing environment.

Job profile:

• Hands-on manage all aspects of campaign workflow design, development, quality control, prioritization, suppression handling and execution

• Work closely with the adidas Marketing Services Provider (MSP) fulfilling a primary contact role, briefing, directing and monitoring them on all aspects of campaign management operations to ensure maximum results are achieved and high quality standards are maintained
  
• Ensure that relevancy is driving consumer communication by using a ‘right message, right channel, right time’  approach

• Harness predictive CRM models in the campaign workflow to drive campaign selections, dynamic content and next best offer

• Liaise with internal IT teams on issues relating to data integration and campaign management tooling infrastructure

• Participate in campaign strategy planning with the eCommerce Marketing team
  
• Manage an intense production schedule - build, test and launch multiple campaigns, from simple to highly advanced multi-channel campaigns using Neolane’s campaign management platform
  
• Ensure that subject lines, copy and other content supports the strategic segment messaging, is engaging and incorporates best practices in order to create successful campaigns, while ensuring compliance with email industry best practices, SPAM and online privacy policies

Desired Skills & Experience

Candidate profile:

• Extensive experience of at least one leading CRM Campaign Management tool and if required, the willingness to re-train and become an expert on Neolane
• Someone with a full understanding of how digital communications can be used to acquire, develop and retain customers
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and how these can be effectively applied in a CRM environment
• SQL database query and XML programming skills desirable
• Leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
• University degree or equivalent in business ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent in English
• 5 years’ experience in email marketing/campaign management

Fleet Manager – en roll med ansvar att utveckla och optimera företagets fordonspark
Som Fleet Manager har du till huvuduppgift att vara företagets fordonsansvarige och företrädare i fordonsfrågor såväl gentemot leverantörer som internt i företaget och som ett stöd till affären i relationen med de olika kunderna.

I rollen ansvarar du för, utvecklar och förvaltar fordonsförsörjningsprocesserna, internt och hos berörda leverantörer. Du arbetar aktivt tillsammans med inköp för att utveckla befintliga leverantörer och att finna nya/alternativa leverantörer. Du är drivande i fordonsanskaffningsprocessen och har det samlade ansvaret att väga in såväl kund-, brukare-, som underhållsperspektivet i förfrågningar, specifikationer och avtal.  Du ansvarar även för företagets fordonsregister och för fordonsanpassning, fordons- och fordonsparkoptimering, fordonsavveckling och försäljning av fordon. Du har en stark koppling till verksamheten som du stöttar i allehanda fordonsfrågor.

Du ingår i Teknikorganisationen och är placerad på huvudkontoret i Stockholm. Då verksamheten som du stöttar är geografiskt spridd över landet reser du i snitt en dag per vecka.

Din bakgrund
För att lyckas i rollen har du 3-5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med fordon och fordonsparker, samt av att driva, utveckla och implementera processer inom teknik och underhållsområdet. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med leverantörsrelationer och har en god förmåga att bygga förtroendefulla relationer såväl inom som utanför den egna organisationen. Du har god förhandlingsvana och är en duktig kravställare med förmåga att driva igenom dina krav.

Som person är du utåtriktad, initiativrik, självständig och drivande. Vidare är du innovativ och nytänkande, affärsmässig, uthållig, flexibel och resultatinriktad. Du tycker om att arbeta i ett högt tempo, är strukturerad och har god analytisk förmåga. Du är även lösningsorienterad och ödmjuk. Du uttrycker dig obehindrat i tal och skrift såväl på svenska som på engelska. I botten har du en teknisk utbildning på universitetsnivå.
