Material Supply Manager to Santa Maria


Santa Maria is looking for a new colleague to join the organization as Material Supply Manager. You have experience from leading positions in material supply and stock management. As the Material Supply Manager your challenge is to implement new structures and use your strategic and tactical skills to develop the logistics and supply chain.

Responsibilities as Material Supply Manager


As the material supply manager you are responsible for organizing, planning and developing the Material Supply and Stock Management processes of finished goods, on an operational, strategic and tactical level. You are also responsible for ordering at high and stable incoming service level, supply planning and support within Santa Maria with delivery information.
Responsibilities include:
  • to act, lead, develop and support Material Supply and Stock Management of Finished Goods
  • ordering Finished goods from suppliers
  • drive the work with the strategic and tactical planning of Material Supply & Stock Management of Finished Goods
  • analyzing and simulate order quantities, safety stock and lead-times in order to optimization of stock levels
  • actively contribute in the Logistics Departments mission of providing efficient, sustainable and innovative supply chain solutions
  • lead and develop direct reporting personnel
  • responsible for the parameters in ERP system are updated and correct
  • actively take part of the Phase In / Phase Out process
  • member of the Operations S&OP process
  • ensure agreed and correct information-flow with suppliers at all times
  • in cooperation with Sourcing Department, agree on suppliers SLA
  • lead/participate in projects in the Logistics department
  • lead and develop continuous improvements inside the function and towards other stakeholders/functions/key interfaces

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics (or equal).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Material Supply & Stock Management
  • Experience from a leading position
  • Good experience from developing and creating innovations in Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Good knowledge of Change Management
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft programs
