Grade 4: £20,172 - £23,352 with a discretionary range to £25,504 p.a.
We are seeking to recruit a Careers Information Assistant who will join the careers team based in the Saïd Business School primarily at our Park End Street office in central Oxford to help develop a 'best in class' careers service. 
As Careers Information Assistant you will provide support for the administration of the office system, CareerConnect, including processing data for monthly and annual reports, authorising requests by students for any careers related resources. You will also manage the Director of Careers diary and assist with the Careers Centre reception, acting as front of line liaison for visitors to the Careers Centre. You will provide support for the Careers Intranet page, updating information and assisting with the production of Careers Weekly, including creating content and advertising job opportunities. In addition, the Careers Information Assistant will be required to provide support for internal and external events such as open days, presentations and panel discussions.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, including diary management.
- Have proven organisational skills with the ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Be committed to the provision of a high level of customer service.
- Have experience of working collaboratively within a successful team with a flexible attitude to work.
- Have experience of updating websites and maintaining accurate information.
