Global Mobility Analyst (Temporary)

Position Summary
The job holder will be responsible for managing the Global Mobility process in BG Brazil according to the policies of the BG Group, during a fixed term. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage the Global Mobility process in Brazil, in order to assure compliance with BG Group policies. Main tasks:
- Interface with the centre for all Global Mobility issues
- Supervise immigration and tax support for all expats and foreign locals
- Keep the Brazilian documents in order and valid, as well as the work permit visas and support to open brazilian bank accounts
- Assure payment of allowances of Brazilian assignees via local payroll
- Manage approval process and control of assignee's benefits (travel and expense reports)
- Liaise with Finance, IT and local payroll for expats' arrival in the country
- Support organisation and control of shipment and customs clearance as well as all the contact with the local moving company
- Lead the BG Brasil Spouses Group
3. Support HR department in several activities in other subsystems, such as resourcing, training and development, compensations and benefits, campaigns etc.

Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute
Previous experience in HR (preferably with expatriates issues)
Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
Good communication skills
Very good interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Very good organizing skills
Ability to deal with confidential matters
