Digital, Based London or Manchester, 6 month fixed term post British Council Payband 8 / Salary: £31,500 - £38,275 pro rata plus London Market Allowance of £3,300 pro rata (if London based)

The new digital team has been set up to achieve a transformation in the British Council’s digital portfolio. It sits in Corporate HQ, as a defined core team to lead a major change programme, to transform the British Council into a digital business. The team consists of a small global team of digital technical experts (including user experience/IA, systems design and performance), a senior sector editorial team (based on the key editorial genres), a senior regional product development/editorial team (located in key markets around the world) and support functions in programme management, business analytics and finance. Many of the digital roles are co-located in functional departments where they are matrix managed.  

As part of the Digital team, the Business Analyst (BA) helps the organisation formulate, analyse and develop solutions that will feed into the British Council’s content production platform.
