| The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) seeks professional to provide senior-level leadership of member committees responsible for industry safety standards and regulatory compliance. The candidate must demonstrate experience in building consensus positions among sizable groups of manufacturing companies. The preferred candidate must also demonstrate experience with self-managing a large and diverse work agenda, and possess seasoned communication skills. Candidates are preferred to have direct experience with the standards processes of ANSI, ISO and IEC, and experience with an industry engaged in the manufacture of complex durable goods. Also preferred is experience in working with EPA, CPSC and OSHA, as well as state agencies and the European Union. Salary commensurate with experience. | |
