Under general supervision, responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: staffing, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, international and other administrative functions. Provides support to line management regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures. Assists in coaching and counseling management regarding resolution of sensitive employee-related matters. Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources management, business administration, business management, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or similar disciplines and 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources. Job role may provide guidance to less experienced staff. If job role is international, responsibilities may include expatriate administration, orientation, mobilization activities, and special projects.

Provides training to managers and employees based on local needs. Assists employees in resolving general human resource, payroll and benefit issues. Assists in resource planning and recruiting efforts. Assists in international mobilization activities, as needed. Oversees the maintenance of employee records in SAP or other local Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database. Coordinates projects, as assigned. If international role, responsibilities may include expatriate administration, orientations, mobilization activities and special projects.
