Ensure the appropriate and smooth running of the different facilities in the Company in order to provide employees with the best possible working environment.
Main responsibilities:
BUILIDNG & FACILIITIES
Responsible for:
- Liasing with landlords for Contract renewals/negotiations & follow up
- Research and proposals for (alternative) spaces, if needed
- Predict changes in needs and proposes alternatives
- Licenses and taxes compliances
- Office premises
- Cleaning services
- Indoor plants maintenance
- Kitchen and household appliances
- Supervise the employees VISA requests
- Supervise local/national/international courier services control in order to ensure adequate internal and external communication
RECEPTION DESK:
Responsible for:
- Manage and ensure a smooth running of the reception desk
- Supervise parking slots control
- Supervise Amadeus premises access cards
- Supervise local/national/international courier services control in order to ensure adequate internal and external communication
- Career planning/development and evaluation: supervise training programmes, make sure individual development plans are followed through, and all required documentation is put together (objective forms, appraisals)
- Coordinate vacation planning of the receptionists

GS BUDGET
Responsible for:
- Full control of area?s budget, making sure to negotiate successfully with all providers and to stablish proper criteria for corresponding expenses
- Coordinate office supplies materials purchases
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for:
- Guide/assist all members of GS in their activities, making sure to help them to improve their skills and knowledge their different roles
- Ensure that all GS members, including Manager, take advantage of some training courses relevant to our business.
Requirements:
Education:
Architect / Surveyor
Experience:
4 to 5 years with at least 2 years in a Managerial position
Business understanding:
Good knowledge of all functional areas of Amadeus
