Programme Leaders UniServices

UniServices -All-female University, Saudi Arabia

1 year Fixed Term Contract (From £50,000 + performance incentive)
UniServices, through The University of Auckland, works with governments and organisations across the globe, to produce world-class tailored education offerings through our EducationbyDesign programmes.  Our client, an all-female University in Saudi Arabia, has a one year English Language Preparatory Programme which prepares newly admitted students for their future undergraduate studies.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic senior academic team managing an existing English Language programme.  If you are a leader in your field, think strategically, and thrive on motivating and inspiring teachers to provide stimulating learning environments, we would like to hear from you! The two Programme Leader vacancies are Fixed Term Contracts for 1 year.
As part of the senior academic team and together with the Lead Teachers you will provide educational support including curriculum development and management of both teachers and English Language programmes.
It is anticipated that the successful applicants will ideally be available to relocate to the Middle East early January 2013.  Please note only female applicants will be considered due to the campus policies of this Saudi Arabian University.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of a Masters in TESOL, experience teaching English Academic Programmes and a minimum of 5 years' teaching English as a second language (preferably 3 years' experience in a tertiary environment). A key requirement is exposure in managing large-scale language programmes.  It is desirable that candidates will have experience working in the Middle East.
In return you will be offered a generous benefits package including a tax-free salary, performance incentive, furnished accommodation in a western compound, and a travel allowance.
Please click on the Apply button below and follow the instructions to upload your CV and cover letter outlining the strengths you could bring to this role. Applications close on Friday 30th December 2012 and interviews for shortlisted candidates will be conducted initially via Skype. Please contact Clare Max, HR Business Partner, on (+64) 9 923 1609 if you would like to discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail.
