Indonesia Coffey International Development is the Implementing Service Provider (ISP) for the AusAID funded Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Health Systems Strengthening (AIPHSS) program. The AIPHSS program is a partnership between the Indonesian Ministry of Health and AusAID and supports the Government of Indonesia’s plan to strengthen health systems and achieve health Millennium Development Goals. The program’s outcome (purpose) is the improved use of quality primary health care to improve the health status of poor people in Indonesia, in particular mothers and children.
The Translator will provide support services to the ISP in the translation of documents relating to program activities and communications and will provide English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa interpreting services when required for meetings and communications with partners and stakeholders.
Applicants will be degree qualified in a relevant field and will need to demonstrate considerable previous experience in the technical area relevant to the role. Applicants will need to demonstrate high level proficiency in written and verbal English and an understanding of the health and development sectors in Indonesia will be highly regarded.
