Summary of Responsibilities:
· Serve as Amadeus product users’ point of contact and ensure timely resolution of reported functional and technical first level product utilization difficulties.
· Monitor and report to the RACO PH Team Leaders and Manager on all provider relationships and keep them informed on any activities and/or issues as they arise.
· Maintain agency security and database tables to ensure they are performing to the expected regional standards.
· Liaise with relevant groups within the Amadeus Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe ACOs to ensure a fast and effective delivery of service to the customer base of the markets supported by RACO HD PH.
Requirements:
Competencies/requirements for the position have been reviewed and are as follows:
· College Graduate
· Very good English communication skills
· Conversational in Spanish or Chinese (Cantonese)
· Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays
· Previous work experience in the travel industry, an advantage
