This new opportunity involves developing and delivering stimulating science-based outreach activities across the Faculty of Life Sciences. The post contributes to the University’s commitment to widening participation and encouraging access and involves working with target schools to develop partnerships and encourage pupil engagement with higher education.
You will have:
- A good degree in a scientific discipline with some experience of chemistry and biology
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- An enthusiasm for science and an ability to communicate this
- Experience of working with young people
