Senior Support Engineer (Outreach Team)

Introduction
Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Support Engineer (Outreach Team).
Responsibilities
​The incumbent would be responsible for supervising offsite support structure and managing day to day support activities for Hardware, Software and Network infrastructure at the offsite facilities of The Aga Khan University like Lab collection Units, Offsite Pharmacies & STAT Laboratories. S/he should possess excellent knowledge/ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software problems. S/he should possess excellent knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems such as Windows family and must be conversant with common troubleshooting utilities. S/he should be able to independently write memos, small reports and document procedural issues related to offsite services support.
Requirements
  • A Graduate with Diploma in Software/Hardware or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
  • At least five years relevant experience;
  • Excellent supervisory skills;
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in teams.
