Influence & engage with our Bottlers to ensure implementation of Divisional strategic initiatives & plans that guarantee System sustainable profit growth, while balancing local opportunities & risks and, at the same time building, a mature & value-based relationship with our Bottling partners.
The following key duties / responsibilities are carried out together with our Bottlers:
• Continuously propose, negotiate & influence for the implementation of Division-devised plans that are tied to KO’s strategic initiatives
• Routinely track pre-aligned execution & performance metrics and put together fact-based corrective actions, when necessary
• Develop deep understanding of local market dynamics, including consumer, shopper & trade, to balance priorities & shape plans so as to maximize main opportunities & minimize relevant risks/threats
• Build & control market development DME together with Bottlers ensuring alignment of values & participation rates, and allocation towards largest opportunities
• Work closely with Bottlers to improve internal processes in order to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions and enhance go-to-market
• Participate on Business Plan development with Bottlers
EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years of experience in positions that allow gain TCCC System knowledge (Bottlers, Channels, shopper, Consumer Behavior)
LANGUAGES: Portuguese fluency is mandatory and English Fluency
