The purpose of this job is to be the RGM Champion and take the lead in driving RGM for the system via : 1). Establishing analytic processes and tools leveraging system data to identify revenue growth opportunities in the shorter term ; 2). Establishing a shopper-based RGM framework and revenue mapping to evaluate, quantify and identify potential longer term revenue growth opportunities ; 3). Formulate OBPPC strategies that target these opportunities, build business cases and sell in to the system, 4). Implement and track success.
Leveraging MVA toolkit (Conjoint & In Store Model), establish a process and analytic procedure that evaluates, quantifies, identifies and prioritizes revenue growth opportunities. 25%
2. Develop a shopper-based framework with strategic revenue maps that identifies where the sources of future revenue growth are, and develop OBPPC strategies to exploit those opportunities. 15%
3. Develop business cases for the OBPPC plans that target the prioritized revenue growth opportunities, gather Field units and bottler; support and sell in the plans to the system, alignment of plans with key stakeholders, work with Shopper Marketing in defining picture of success, and lead the implementation of plans. 25%
4. Identify success factors that drive growth in revenue per case, faster transaction growth than volume growth, and growth in system /customer profitability; develop plans and secure support from the system to replicate success. 15%
5. Leverage shopper research programs and models to obtain a holistic understanding on shopper; reactions, concerns, motivations, and attitudes toward the OBPPC elements, and refine future OBPPC plans based on these collective insights linked to Conjoint models and In Store models output.. 20%

The job involves designing and creating a process for analyzing financial and sales volume data from all channels, by category, by pack, by customer/outlet type, and by market, working with shopper insights in order to identify potential RGM opportunities. The job also requires establishing locally a new shopper framework with revenue maps that informs future sources of revenue growth.
Related Experience & Qualifications
Strong background in finance and marketing is critical for the position with working knowledge in market research and strategic planning. High level of analytic skills and analytical mind. Good communication skills and team player in a complex business environment.

University/Bachelor Degree.
