CRM Revenue Management Analyst

Job Purpose
  • Develop pricing and inventory management strategies incorporate revenue management principles to maximize profits.
  • Work closely with other cargo groups to receive buy in and commitment to revenue management policies and strategies.
  • Manages network aircraft capacity and utilization to maximize profit contribution for cargo.
  • Proactively identifies high load factor flights and underperforming flights, and works with operations and pricing to address challenges and evaluate opportunities to improve performance.
  • Evaluates Revenue Management Capacity forecast and makes necessary adjustments to balance service level and revenue performance.
  • Works with CRM Operations to resolve discrepancies between forecasted capacity and actual capacity for Revenue Management database integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Control and manage inbound/outbound flights on daily basis through effective yield control, responsible to explore and achieve untapped revenue opportunities
  • Maximize Network Capacity, Utilization and Contribution
  • Resolve discrepancies between planned load and actual available capacity with CRM Operations for CRMS Database integrity Interface with Passenger Scheduling and SOC to maximize Cargo Capacity & Opportunity across the EY Network
  • Forecast Cargo Capacity on EY Cargo Network with the use of CRMS including segmentation by Service Quality
  • Determine with Pricing Specialist Challenges & Opportunities including alternative routings for High Demand Markets
  • Develop Product/Service Level & Customer Allocations on a Flight & Network Level
  • Responsible for execution of revenue management activities on live flights from operational perspective
    Responsible for performance monitoring region wise, assess market potential and drive business accordingly
RequirementsQualifications and Education:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience:
  • Three years of revenue management, operations, or related experience
  • Sound knowledge in the application of revenue management principles
  • Sound knowledge of customer service and operations
  • Ability to analyze and draw business implications from data sources                           
Training:
  • Cargo Revenue Management Systems
  • Advanced Cargo Skills and Procedures
  • Pricing methodologies and modeling
  • Advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Airline Cargo Industry Practices
  • Flight Planning & Management Skills
  • Sound knowledge of cargo industry
  • Sound knowledge of IT and automation
