Qualifications:
At least Bachelor’s level degree(s) in relevant fields such as health, social sciences, development, communications, etc.
- At least 7 years of experience in advocacy and communication and advocacy skills training
- Experienced in facilitating training workshops
- Experienced in project development and strategy planning
- Experienced in designing and implementing policy advocacy initiatives
- Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
- Familiarity with HIV-related human rights and legal advocacy
- Strong spoken and written English skills. Fluency in one or more of the following languages preferred: Bahasa Melayu, Burmese, Filipino
