Administrative Assistant


We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist both the CFO and the HR Director. This position is an opportunity to work for one of San Francisco's most dynamic private schools.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all time
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Strong excel and data management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service oriented
Proactive and flexible
Excellent computer skills
Some knowledge relating to payroll, taxes and general business finance a plus
Essential duties will include:
Filling & organizing
Providing support in a variety of HR tasks
Management of the online timesheet system
Financial project management
Payroll
Maintenance of the HRIS system
Providing assistance to employees as needed
Other office duties as assigned
Other requirements
2-5 years experience as an administrative assistant
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to quickly learn and use new systems and programs
Must be able to sit at a computer work station for long periods of time
