Chemonics Technical experts Côte d'Ivoire

Chemonics seeks technical experts for the anticipated five-year, USAID-funded Côte d'Ivoire Legislative Strengthening Project. The project aims to build the capacity of Côte d'Ivoire's National Assembly in legislation, oversight, and representation, and to develop its representation and oversight of constituencies. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. Responsibilities include providing assistance in the following areas:

  • Local government capacity building
  • Decentralization and improving government relations
  • Media, communications, and Web design
  • Legal and policy reform
  • Democracy and governance
  • Anticorruption and accountability
  • Budget planning
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in West Africa required
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • French and English proficiency required
