Director – Monitoring and Evaluation – London

GRM International and the Futures Group merged to become a major global force in development with approximately 90 current projects in more than 60 countries. The combined group has a multisectoral focus, more diverse technical offerings and a wider geographic reach.

The Effective Development Group, GRM International’s specialist performance assessment division, provides a suite of services encompassing a range of disciplines including monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment, design, planning and knowledge management.

To support our expansion, we will appoint a leader to drive profitability and maximise opportunities for the division

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Minimum 10 years senior management experience, including 7 years in M&E within a development setting
  • Superior financial acumen, political acuity and diplomacy
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Commercial “savvy” coupled with innate ability to think strategically
  • Outstanding leadership and relationship management (e.g. DFID; AusAID)
  • A track record of successful business development
