The Effective Development Group, GRM International’s specialist performance assessment division, provides a suite of services encompassing a range of disciplines including monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment, design, planning and knowledge management.
To support our expansion, we will appoint a leader to drive profitability and maximise opportunities for the division
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum 10 years senior management experience, including 7 years in M&E within a development setting
- Superior financial acumen, political acuity and diplomacy
- Tertiary qualifications
- Commercial “savvy” coupled with innate ability to think strategically
- Outstanding leadership and relationship management (e.g. DFID; AusAID)
- A track record of successful business development
