You will be expected to engage in a personal research programme of international quality that makes a significant contribution to the research strategy of the business school. We welcome your application if you can provide evidence of publishing your work in relevant journals and have experience of mentoring other researchers. With experience of attracting external research funding, you will also bring an established network of international contacts to the business school. With a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour/HRM or a related area, you will possess considerable experience of teaching, research and management in a university or equivalent.
