Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour/HRM University of Hull

Salary range £46,846 - £52,706 pa
Closing date: 13 December 2012 
Teach in a variety of settings and seek ways to constantly improve performance as you translate knowledge of advances within Organisational Behaviour and HR Management into inspirational courses of study. Identifying and conducting your own or joint areas of research, you will write up research work for publication and join external networks to share information and identify potential sources of funding.

With a doctorate (or nearing completion), you will have experience of teaching within a higher education environment and possess experience of curriculum development, a quality research record and have the ability to think strategically and contribute to the subject group and the School's development.
