Construction Manager - Saudi Arabia

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Reporting directly to the Project Directorate, the CM will be leading a team of Planners, Material Control, HSE and Contracts Advisors with remit to oversee all asset groups, Site Development, Temp Facilities, Pipelines, Port Facilities, Buildings, and Solid/Liquid Handling.
2. Proficient in analyzing construction schedules and determining critical issues.  
3. Proficient in determing resources required to support critical activities - Engineering designs, materials, equipment, labour).
4. Must have good communication and presentations skills. 
5. Experience in large scale interface coordination.     
6. Familiar with cross-plant / country pipeline, steel tank, pipe racks, port facilities, buildings construction activities a plus.

REQUIREMENTS 

1. Minimum 15 year Multi Discipline experience, minimum 5 at senior construction management role on large complex construction sites. (E.G. Chemical plants, refineries, LNG Plants).
2. Degree qualification required. 
3. Proficient in Planning tools (P6, P3 etc)
4. Proficient in determing resources required to support critical activities - Engineering designs, materials, equipment, labour).
5. Must have good communication and presentations skills.
