Description

 The Cargill Global IT function consists of approximately 1700 employees, 550 of whom are based in Europe including both Western and Eastern Europe.

As an IT Graduate you will become a professional in the European IT job family.
During the European Graduate Program you will acquire knowledge on local, European and Global IT activities that support our businesses in a variety of areas possibly including, managing our Infrastructure, Business Applications, Project Management, Business Relationship management and much more.
You will undergo a specific training program together with other Graduates covering additional hands-on experience that will provide the foundation for a potential leadership position.

In the European Graduate Program, you could expect some or all of the following experiences within the first two years with Cargill:
• Initial assignment to a job
• Different assignments to understand the various aspects f Cargill IT
• On-going formal soft skill development and technical training
• Mentoring provided by a Cargill manager
• Networking with International colleagues
 
For this position the preferred base locations are Cargills new Schiphol office or Cargills Mechelen office. In conjunction other locations are possible.
 

Qualifications

 Requirements:
• A University degree is required. Degrees in IT related studies or business administration (business) studies are preferred
• Strong affinity with IT and software systems
• Demonstrated natural leadership ability
• High energy levels. Action oriented. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative. Able to proactively identify and resolve problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Flexibility; able to cope with fast changes within a growing company
• Creativity and innovative approach in building and/or improving systems and processes
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate to other countries
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another European language is preferred.
• Teamwork; ability to work in a multi-cultural and cross functional team
• Global Mindset
