Job location(s): Rotterdam, The NetherlandsYou are responsible for understanding business requirements and analyzing local design needs. You have a hands-on attitude required for application management and support related activities. This position focuses on both the Extended ECM functions as part of SAP deployment (Tartan@CAN) as well as advanced document management and knowledge management functions for various business domains within Cargill Animal Nutrition. You will have overall Open Text ECM application responsibility from IT perspective. You will be the key liaison between the Business Key Users in implementation projects, Global Applications teams and offshore ECM support team. You will be expected to work independently, you are pro-active and are focused to deliver business value via quality solutions.
Major Tasks
- You will be accountable for functional and technical application management as well as configuration management (authorizations, enterprise library management, etc.)
- You define functional specifications and deal with all change management aspects
- You are in charge of development (workflow, reports, etc) and user documentation generation
- You provide implementation and educational support (provide trainings, business support, etc.)
- You will act as the back-up for MS SharePoint Solution Analysts
- You liaise with business units to identify, document and analyze business requirements against the global template; assess business requirement factors to prioritize requirements with support from the Business Process Organization
- You liaise with the IT Lead Emerging Technologies to assess fits, gaps and solutions for the identified business requirements
- You proactively identify and define future enhancements and changes (continuous improvement)
- You provide support with regard to ECM strategies and roadmap definition
- You align with corporate Enterprise Architects
- You provide 3rd line support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years relevant business experience with at least experience in:
- Open Text ECM suite
- Open Text Extended ECM for SAP (SAP Extended ECM)
- Open Text Content Server
- Open Text Web Reports - Business analysis, functional specifications, solution design, testing
- User documentation development, training, implementation support
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and use active inquiry skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate closely with others to accomplish work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Experience facilitating meetings or group discussions
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Self managing, analytic, pragmatic, flexible
- Open Text Vendor Invoice Management
- MS SharePoint
- MS SQL server
- Project experience, continuous improvement
